I am so thankful for this clinic. In 2022, I had to bring my sweet Duke into this clinic for help, and yesterday evening they helped walk me through the process of helping Duke get across the rainbow bridge. The staff was so empathetic and comforting. Duke was a 17 year old of chihuahua, and Stephanie and Dr. Francis walked with us through a very difficult decision. Answering every question I had, all my what ifs and even if they thought if dogs go to heaven. They reassured me I would see Duke again one day, but until then he would no longer be in any pain and has become a new creation. It was the most difficult day of my life but somehow their hospitality, caring hearts and kindness made it a little easier. I will never be able to repay them for the love they showed me yesterday. I pray many blessings over this business and their success.

So thankful for the team at Out West! We were in town visiting and our lab got sick. The clinic was able to take us as a walk in and see us quickly. Everyone was so friendly and the facility is very nice. You can tell they really love the animals they care for. Tiffany was incredibly knowledgeable and informative - she suspected exactly what was going on with our lab before confirming with testing. Prices were very reasonable and estimates were disclosed before treatment began. Definitely recommend!
