UPDATED: answer below is Completely false and I have all of the paperwork to back this up which I have submitted to the state also. Only after trying to get my credit for 6 months, Did I have to tell Christie that I was out-of-state because she refused to process the credit. Also it's so strange that the day before they post this review her daughter personally reached out to me on Facebook begging me and apologizing to me for everything that has happened. not go here!!! I WAS a loyal client for over 5 years, service, options and especially the front desk has been in steady decline to the point that I have been kept on hold for over an hour only to be admonished that if it was "that bad, I would have hung up and gone to emergency". I have been billed for treatments not done and when I went to the next vet, they were horrified and also cost 1/3rd the price without the attitude and much more treatment options and compassion. Everyone i recommended has also left with the same independent experience. The Dr. Is knowledgeable but her "assistant" and esp front desk sitter will be the death of her business and maybe your pet. DO NOT GO HERE, feel free to direct message me and happily I can go into further details. Read the other bad reviews.... all the same issues. I have reported to the board.

Whenever you care, the entire team at this clinic is fantastic. They're all so compassionate and loving. It makes your love for your pet acknowledged so if you have tears you feel comfortable. Dr. Reynolds has saved my brownies life several times now. They love your fur babies as much as you do. Your baby is examined right there with you. Dr. Reynolds takes time to explain everything to you. Christy, Abby and Lee are all wonderful assistants in taking care of our pets.

I absolutely love this unbelievably well-educated, intelligent vet. Her medical staff and her office folk are amazing as well. She truly loves animals and her prices are fantastic! She is excellent in every way!
