Bellevue Animal Clinic has very nice staff members and great doctors. We took our third dog Jilly Mae for her physical examination and vaccination to the clinic yesterday. It was her first time. She was very nervous but was helped by warm and kind words of the staff members and her new doctor. Jilly Mae did so well. Her doctor took time to get to know her and me with patience, understanding, and compassion. I felt happy, more confident, and empowered. I got a senior discout, too.

First of all, the front desk is the most unfriendly bunch I’ve ever met. Why I haven’t changed from here a long time ago I don’t know. It’s been 2 plus weeks and no call from the groomer. My mini Aussie, Roxy was taken in on 5/28 scratching & itching and biting and pulling hair out everywhere 24/7. I had used an over the counter flea & tick prevention (Nexstar)…. After an exam and returning home there were still 3 ticks & I would think a vet & tech would have found. I called them back on Saturday a.m. because she did not seem better. I had to let it ring and ring & call back and ring again. They were too busy for me to bring her & said I’m not giving b the meds time to work. We will call back Monday to check on her. It was clawing, biting & scratching for the next week. Never received a call. The first visit was around $150 with pill pockets. That was money thrown away. I had to take Roxy elsewhere to another clinic!!!! I will never be back again to this clinic!! I’ve been going here maybe 3-4yrs. They get less friendly with each new turnover. The tech was sweet and friendly I might add. But for my dog to have no relief a week later & you all saying you would call & check on Roxy and I wasn’t giving time to work was unacceptable!! I had to take her elsewhere to another vet clinic!!!!
