It really breaks my heart to have to post this review because we put our trust and our fur family members in this doctor's hands. We brought our dog in yesterday on a emergency visit which our appointment was at 3:30. I went inside and told them that we were here and we needed a room to keep this dog away from other dogs.Because he is aggressive. I said we would keep him in the car until they had a room for us. We waited one hour. At this point, the dog had puked twice in my brand new vehicle. I then went in to ask about a room. The receptionist was very rude to me, and said all the rooms are full. I said okay and proceeded to my car and waited. The Vet Tech comes out and takes a fecal sample, and I ask him, if we could bring the dog in. The vet tech was shocked that I wanted to bring him in? Politely, he said, okay, soooo he helped us bring the dog in. Doctor Beach came in and felt the dog's belly took his temp and with no blood work or ultrasound NOTHING, he diagnosed the dog with a uti. Sent us home with some medication. The dog died this morning. I really should contact a lawyer because this is the second dog we have lost in his hands. I have decided to fire Dr Kavorkian Beach and look for a new vet that actually cares about our fur babies as we do. I cannot say that I would recommend this vet. I honestly feel that he should have done a blood test and or maybe an ultrasound and put the time into seeing whats going on. It certainly was not about money for us.It was only about care. We did not receive that. Hearts are broken here and he sleeps comfortably in his bed at night. DO YOUR JOB OR RETIRE! Dr. Beach you could of done more and you didnt! YOUR FIRED!

The receptionist/front desk lady was rude, short with me, and had no compassion for the situation. She told me there was absolutely no way that they could get our 16 year old fur baby in. I told her that she needed to be seen immediately because she was really bad off and we are concerned. She was very short with me. The veterinarian is very kind, but the front desk are absolutely terrible.
